GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.—CU*Answers, the credit-union owned cooperative, has announced its 8th Annual Video Contest to clients of its cuasterisk.com network.

Each year CU*Answers offers cash awards and the chance for entries to be professionally produced into a video that can be used by any credit union for advertising. The theme for this year is “Would You Like Fries with That?”

“Like fast food restaurants that anticipate what the customer might want next, the theme asks credit unions whether they’re prepared to suggest the next service or product to their members when they interact with them,” CU*Answers said.

The three contests include one for the best video idea, another for the best idea for a 30-second spot, and the last is for submitting a completed video related to the chosen theme. Winners are announced at CU*Answers’ Annual Leadership Conference in June where their video will premiere on the big screen.

Completed videos, past winners, as well as a collection of videos CU*Answers has produced for credit unions to use on their website, lobby monitors, and some suited for television broadcast, can be viewed at www.cuatv.com. For more info: http://marketing.cuanswers.com/video-contest/.
