CHICAGO–Your credit union no doubt has a plan in place to drive growth—but it’s all in vain if you don’t have the capacity to implement the strategies, according to one expert who shares four steps to help avoid that challenge.

WASHINGTON—In a letter to the Department of Veterans Affairs, NAFCU has raised concerns about increased regulatory burdens the VA's interim final rule amending its regulations regarding VA-guaranteed or insured cash-out refinance loans could have on credit unions. The association stated, "credit unions do not engage in the types of predatory lending practices that this rule intends to target."

Every organization should have a computer incident response plan intended to serve two major purposes: to recover business functions as quickly as possible and to analyze what happened in order to take affirmative steps to decrease the chances of it happening again.
