GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–Two multi-owned cooperative CUSOs, Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Xtend, Inc. and Liberty Lake, Wash.-based CU*NorthWest, have announced a partnership whereby CU*Northwest credit union clients would receive Xtend electronic messaging and outbound call center services at a reduced rate, and that CU*NorthWest would absorb all fees on behalf of its clients.
