BOISE, Idaho — Credit unions and their members across the country continue to be affected by card skimmers, with many members finding their accounts have been drained. The latest to report problems are CUs in Idaho and Oklahoma.

WASHINGTON—Consumers expectations have hit a new high when it comes to expectations for favorable mortgage rates over the next year, according to the July Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HPSI) from Fannie Mae.
