HOUSTON–People’s Trust Credit Union is breaking ground on a new headquarters here this month. The plan calls for People’s Trust to leave a downtown location where it has been leasing space and relocate to 13 Bastrop St. near BBVA Compass Stadium, where it will own a new building.

HOUSTON—Cardtronics, the world’s largest retail ATM owner/operator, has completed its acquisition of Columbus Data Services. Founded in 1999 and based in Dallas, CDS is a leading independent processor of ATM and payment card transactions, providing leading-edge solutions to ATM sales and service organizations and financial institutions. CDS will operate as a separate division of Cardtronics and will continue to be led by the current management team, the company said.
