WASHINGTON—NAFCU Wednesday urged lawmakers to sign on to a letter from Sens. Joe Donnelly (D-IN) and Ben Sasse (R-NE) that pushes the CFPB to exempt credit unions from certain rulemakings.

WASHINGTON–The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced it has not objected to the capital plans of 30 bank holding companies—the so-called “Too Big To Fail Banks”—participating in the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), but it has objected to the plans submitted by Deutsche Bank Trust Corp. and Santander Holdings USA, Inc. based on qualitative concerns.
