ALEXANDRIA, Va.—The joint agency proposal on flood insurance slated for action in Thursday’s NCUA board meeting would require lenders to accept private flood insurance on a discretionary basis and subject to certain restrictions, NAFCU reported.

DOVER, Del.–Dover FCU here has named a new CEO to replace David Clendaniel, who will retire in early 2017 after 27 years at the credit union. Succeeding Clendaniel will be Chaz Rzewnicki as CEO, effective Nov. 1.

TYSONS, Va.–PenFed Credit Union has officially cut the ribbon on a new $164-million headquarters here. PenFed said the new office space will accommodate up to 500 employees and provides it with room to grow over the next 15 years as a major employer in Virginia.
