VIENNA, VA. — Seventeen credit unions, along with 15 banks, have been recognized for their extraordinary efforts to encourage their members to save money during America Saves Week and Military Saves Week. Five military-affiliated organizations from around the world were also recognized.

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas–Former CUNA President Jim Williams, who also had a long career leading several credit unions, has died. Mr. Williams was 83.
