WASHINGTON—The Transparency in CFPB Cost-Benefit Analysis Act, which would require the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to conduct a cost-benefit analysis and other procedures as part of any rulemaking activity, has been re-introduced by Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA).
