HOUSTON – A lawsuit against BCM Federal Credit Union that alleged the credit union’s website had violated the Americans With Disabilities Act has been voluntarily dismissed with prejudice.

WASHINGTON–CUNA and the Cornerstone Credit Union Association have filed an amicus brief supporting a credit union in Texas that’s facing what the two groups called a “frivolous lawsuit” alleging website noncompliance under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
