HERNDON, Va.–The NWFCU Foundation, in partnership with the CIA Retirees Association (CIRA), awarded $105,000 in scholarships to 21 students of their annual Ben DeFelice, CIRA, Financial Awareness Network and Need-Based Scholarship Programs.
