DELRAY BEACH, Fla.–iTHINK Financial Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Sun Sentinel.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. The recognition gives companies and nonprofit organizations a chance to boost employee engagement, attract and retain employees and transform the workplace culture.
“We are honored to be included in the South Florida Top Workplaces 2020 Award,” said Michael Miller, president at iTHINK Financial. “We work tirelessly to promote a positive work environment for our employees. I am so grateful for each employee. As essential workers, they are so devoted and go above and beyond to help our members achieve their goals.”
The top-rated employers will be honored in front of their peers during a virtual award presentation in September.
Separately, during the summer iTHINK Financial’s Community Foundation hosted the 4th Annual School Ready Day events to help local Florida and Georgia kids in need.
The iTHINK Community Foundation said it believes that children are our future and that investing in their success now is important. Members of the community and iTHINK Foundation employees were invited to donate funds to help local kindergarteners start the school year better prepared.
More than 700 children in need throughout Florida and Georgia were provided with a backpack and school supplies to be ready to start kindergarten in the 2020-2021 school year.
Added Stephen Johnson, director of the iTHINK Community Foundation at iTHINK Financial, “Seeing the smiles on the faces of local, deserving children was priceless. Knowing that so many children in the communities we serve in were helped makes it all worth it. Improving the lives of families is what we strive for as children are our most important assets. A big thank you to our members, sponsors, and employees for making these donations and events possible.”
