EL PASO, Texas – evolve Federal Credit Union has announced the appointment of Fernando Garcia as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.
Mr. Garcia will be responsible for aiding in overseeing various areas, such as Employment Verification, Yearly Performance Appraisals, Employee Payroll, Merit Increase, and so forth. Mr. Garcia will report to evolve's Vice President of Human Resources, Gabriel Munoz.Mr. Garcia brings more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management to evolve Federal Credit Union. Most recently, Mr. Garcia served as the Human Resources Generalist at evolve Federal Credit Union - where he was responsible for various responsibilities related to the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. Prior to evolve Federal Credit Union, Mr. Garcia was the Human Resources Manger for GC Services where he handled Employee Relations, Training/Development, Compliance, Communication/Implementation, Benefits, and Staffing/Recruitment.
