The 5th Annual Kids Day at The Movies which was to take place at the Alamo Drafthouse on March 28th was cancelled due to the social circumstances. This event was intended for the purpose of giving back to the children of El Paso through their initiative of “evolving the kids of El Paso.” evolve Federal Credit Union will instead provide a donation for each of their local children’s organizations. These organizations include the Center Against Family and Sexual Violence, the Child Crisis Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters of El Paso, CandleLighters and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
evolve Federal Credit Union has begun planning for its upcoming Social Purpose event which will be held within the next two months. Due to Covid-19, social distancing, and government restrictions, there is uncertainty as to where the event will be taking place. Regardless, evolve Federal Credit Union said it will continue to stay connected and involved with their social efforts to “evolve the children of El Paso.”
