NEW ORLEANS-- Xplore Federal Credit Union has promoted Pany Taylor to AVP of Member Experience.
Taylor has been with Xplore FCU for 13 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to this new role. Recently, Pany played an integral role on the team that successfully implemented the new Xplore Away video banking platform.
As AVP of Member Experience, she ensures that member service departments are meeting and exceeding member expectations, as well as enhancing member relationships, by overseeing the Xplore Branches, Video Service Department, and Call Center. Pany’s most recent achievement was her integral role on the implementation team of the Xplore Away video banking project, which she now oversees in her new role.
