Wilke Named Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer At Community First Credit Union

NEENAH, Wis.--Cyrene Wilke recently joined the senior leadership team at Community First Credit Union as the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer.

In this newly-created role, she will work closely with the leadership team to guide and implement strategic initiatives, manage process improvement and deliver product and service innovations.  “Cyrene is a respected industry thought-leader,” said Cathie Tierney, President/CEO. “Her expertise with process improvement, systems optimization, operations and digital transformation will help to enhance our member experience.” In her previous role as Senior VP of Operations & Technology at Investors Community Bank, Wilke was responsible for loan support, deposit operations, electronic banking, project management, and continuous improvement. She was with ICB since 2011 and led the planning and execution of its strategic initiatives and systems/technology. Wilke’s background also includes roles with Citizens Bank, Irwin Union Bank, Associated Bank and North Country Bank & Trust. She has volunteered her time as a Risk Management Association (RMA) Wisconsin board member, NEW Digital Alliance and has served as an active member of a national software advisory council for Fiserv. She is a graduate of the UW Graduate School of Banking, Digital Banking School and the Schneider School of Business Center for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert College.  “I am excited to join the Community First team working together to deliver on the credit union's ‘We'll Find A Way’ brand promise and enhancing the experience for our member-owners,” said Wilke.
