SAN DIEGO-- Wheelhouse Credit Union has promoted Becky Ramos-Arzola to Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer.
In this expanded leadership role, Ramos-Arzola will oversee Human Resources, Facilities, Learning & Development, and Risk & Compliance—ensuring seamless operations across these critical areas of the organization.
With more than 28 years of service at Wheelhouse and over three decades of human resources leadership experience, Ramos-Arzola has made a lasting impact through her values-driven commitment to employee development, organizational culture, and operational excellence. She brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and strategic leadership in the financial services industry.
