WESTERLY, R.I.--Westerly Community Credit Union said it has expanded the scope of its Rewards & Business Platinum VISA credit card to now offer members the opportunity to earn double rewards points for any purchase made in Washington County, RI. or New London County, Conn.
Members have the opportunity to redeem their points for cash, airline travel or merchandise through CURewards Mall. If a member chooses to redeem the points for cash, it can be used to pay their credit card bill, transferred into a WCCU deposit account, or donated to charity. There is no annual limit regarding how many points can be redeemed for cash, however, the program allows members a maximum of four cash redemptions per year.
