WAKEFIELD, R.I.--Westerly Community Credit Union has promoted Laura Donohue to Controller.
Donohue has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island and has been with WCCU for 11 years. She joined WCCU as the Accounting Coordinator and was then promoted to Staff Accountant. Her new duties as Controller include developing and implementing operational plans, policies, and procedures for the Accounting Department as well as supervising financial information and control systems.
