PASADENA, Calif.— Wescom Financial has been named a Great Place To Work Certified organization for the fourth consecutive year, earning the workplace recognition in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 based entirely on confidential employee feedback.
The $8 billion-plus credit union, which serves more than 250,000 members across Southern and Central California, said the certification reflects its continued focus on building a culture of trust, respect and employee engagement.
Employee survey results highlighted strong workplace satisfaction, with 91% of respondents saying they feel good about Wescom's contributions to the community, 87% saying coworkers celebrate one another's successes, and 85% reporting they make a difference at the organization and that employees genuinely care about one another.
"We're proud to receive this recognition for the fourth consecutive year because it reflects the culture we've worked so hard to foster and sustain," President and CEO Darren Williams said. "When people feel respected, supported and empowered to do their best work, our members benefit, our communities benefit and our organization grows stronger."
Wescom, which employs approximately 840 people, said it promotes employee engagement through companywide events, an Inclusion and Diversity Committee and Council, volunteer opportunities and the work of the Wescom Foundation, providing employees with opportunities to support communities throughout California.
