SOUTH ST. PAUL, Minn.–The communities of South St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, West St. Paul, Lilydale and Mendota Heights, all readers of the Southwest Review, have voted Wakota FCU as the “Best Place to Bank” for 2018.
“We appreciate being recognized for the third consecutive year as the ‘Best Place to Bank’ by Southwest Review readers” stated Mary Matheson, president and CEO of WFCU. “Thank you to all who voted for us and to our community for its support. And a special thank you to our exceptional team and volunteers. Our team continues to impress me with their tenacious strive to make the banking experience relaxed and pleasant for our membership. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative since 1931, our member-owners know the true value of the credit union difference.”
WFCU said in a statement it wouldn’t be what it is today without the dedicated volunteer board and the loyal membership.
“I feel our friendly and helpful staff along with our customized products and wide-range of services is what makes our tagline ‘Your Banking Alternative’ a reality” said Patty Koran, vice president of WFCU. “It’s our mission to enrich the lives of our members; they know and appreciate that.” Wakota FCU strives to be the bridge to a successful financial future.
