VolCorp Promotes Holt to Chief Financial Officer

NASHVILLE – VolCorp has promoted Justin Holt to Chief Financial Officer, effective Jan.1, 2021.

Holt replaces current CFO, Susan Stack, who will retire at the end of 2020.

Holt joined VolCorp in 2006, beginning in Operations as a member service representative. Over the past 14 years, Holt has worked as an IT support engineer, investments representative, financial reporting manager and controller. Jeff Merry, VolCorp President/CEO said, “Justin has been with us for a long time and has excelled in every position he has held here at VolCorp. His interest in the CFO role combined with his track record made it an easy choice.  I look forward to his contribution to the success of VolCorp both as our CFO and as the latest addition to the Senior Leadership Team. He is going to do great things for us and for our members.”

Holt is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, where he earned his BS in Management in 2006. He also earned his MBA from Tennessee Tech University in 2018, and later earned his CPA designation in 2020.
