OSHKOSH, Wis.--Verve, a Credit Union, has promoted Ryan Didreckson to Chief Operations Officer.
He will be responsible for the operations of Verve’s Service Center, branches and lending operations, as well as Verve’s facilities and service enhancement areas.
“Over the last 11 years, Ryan has helped improve access to Verve services and made taking care of banking needs more seamless for our members through his leadership on the construction of our new branches, installation of Video Tellers, deployment of various new software systems and a variety of efficiency improvements,” said Kevin J. Ralofsky, president and CEO at Verve. “His efforts have had a measurable impact on the strength of our credit union and the experience we provide for our members. As a team, we’re overjoyed that Ryan is stepping into the role of COO.”
Didreckson has served in a variety of roles during his tenure at Verve, including most recently as VP of operations.
“I'm most excited about continuing to have an impact on our members and team members and being able to bring new services and opportunities for our members,” Didreckson said. “I look forward to impacting the strategy of the credit union as we move forward with new delivery channels and technologies that will help us serve our members.”
