VENTURA COUNTY, Calif.— Ventura County Credit Union has promoted Sean P. McCulloch to vice president of member services.
McCulloch brings a wealth of financial services experience to his new role, including 8 years as VP of commercial lending for VCCU. He has spent 44 years in the financial services industry, having served in leadership, sales and service experience, including a strong background in customer service and retail branch management.
A Ventura resident since 1997, McCulloch has experience in commercial real estate, as well as commercial, industrial and construction lending. He has built a successful track record in driving market growth and revenues, which he has achieved by fostering a collaborative environment with business partners so companies can accomplish their business objectives while providing a definitive customer experience. He also develops the talent of new leaders in order to consistently achieve and exceed sales and service performance.
