VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. — Ventura County Credit Union has named Chad Ritchie chief information officer.
Ritchie now oversees the credit union’s technology strategy, working closely with the executive team to implement technology solutions that align with the credit union’s overall goals and priorities. He has more than 25 years of experience creating business strategies that drive growth and positive customer experiences. Prior to joining VCCU, he worked at Solarity Credit Union, where he served as vice president of digital experience from 2015 to 2016, chief information officer from 2016-2019 and chief operating officer from 2019-2020.

In addition to his leadership roles at Solarity Credit Union, Ritchie has held positions in digital strategy at several organizations and served as senior information architect for Wells Fargo in Baltimore, Maryland. He is also is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he served in military intelligence as an Arabic linguist. Ritchie holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University.
