VENTURA COUNTY, Calif.— Ventura County Credit Union has been honored by MemberXP, a credit union member experience measurement platform, as one of 2019’s Best of the Best credit unions. The MemberXP Best of the Best designation is awarded each year to credit unions that consistently provide exceptional levels of member service, the credit union said.
“This prestigious honor is given to fewer than one in five of the credit unions using MemberXP’s service evaluation platform,” said VCCU. “Credit unions cannot apply for the award — instead, it is independently granted by MemberXP based on specific criteria such as member service and ease of use.”
This is the second consecutive year VCCU has been recognized as a Best of the Best credit union. To earn this designation, VCCU consistently demonstrated above-and beyond dedication to working in members’ best interests, providing exceptional service and educating members on credit union offerings that could improve their financial well-being.
