MODESTO, Calif.--Valley First CU has hired two new employees.
Chris Braun has been named VP, Payments. Braun comes to the organization from Republic Bank & Trust Company in Louisville, Kentucky where since 2014 he has held the position of Vice President, Card Operations and Development Manager. While at Republic Bank & Trust, Chris was responsible for the daily operations and strategic growth of the bank’s credit and debit card portfolios, along with oversight of the organization’s ATM fleet, card production and dispute department.
“We’re excited to welcome Chris to the team,” said Valley First President and CEO Kathryn Davis. “He brings extensive experience in the operations management world that will help transform our offerings while also knowing how to focus on the needs of the consumer and meeting member needs.”
Byron Millerjoins Valley First Credit Union as VP, Technology. He came from Launch Credit Union ($850 million in assets) in Merritt Island, Florida where he served as the VP of IT and Project Management.
