ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.–U.S. Eagle FCU has opened a new branch prototype here. The project was led by NewGround, the St. Louis-based architecture, design, and project management firm.
The new 3,408 square foot facility replaces an existing outdated branch. Located on Juan Tabo, the new branch showcases U.S. Eagle’s brand with a modern design in a highly visible area to attract both new and existing members in this market.
To evoke a sense of community and hospitality, U.S. Eagle FCU’s lobby is filled with brand touchpoints, such as the technology-based user bar, large-format video wall, vertical “brand tower,” dimensional taglines, and a suspended eagle sculpture that function together to create the brand experience. The hospitality waiting area provides a comfortable environment where members can easily view digital marketing messages while they wait to be assisted.
Working with local general contractor Enterprise Builders, NewGround noted it provided architecture, interior design, environmental graphics, project management, and program management services for this branch location.
“U.S. Eagle FCU’s stunning branch facility stands as one of NewGround’s most impressive prototype designs, and we are proud to partner with them on another project,” said NewGround President and CEO Kevin Blair. “We wish them continued success in their beautiful Juan Tabo branch and we are excited to continue delivering more projects for them.”
