Truliant Celebrates Renovated Branch

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.— Truliant FCU celebrated the renovation of its University City Member Financial Center in Charlotte. The University City location, near the University of North Carolina Charlotte campus, is the first in a series of branch renovations by Truliant. The credit union plans to begin remodeling and updating more Member Financial Centers to incorporate its “Life Improved” brand and member experience.

“Truliant’s difference to the consumer is our trusted guidance that allows our members to make life-improving decisions in the context of their overall life goals,” said Truliant President and CEO Marc Schaefer. “We’re delighted to have re-designed our space at The University Member Financial Center to better accommodate those important interactions while also assisting in handling routine member transactions more conveniently and efficiently.”

The 3,500-square-foot University City location has operated since 2002 and now includes an open design, Wi-Fi access, and teller pods that remove barriers between members and branch staff.

As part of the renovation celebration, Truliant is offering several limited-time offers on certificates and auto loans, plus a drawing for a $500 VISA gift card.
