WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Truliant Federal Credit Union is celebrating a milestone – the 10th new branch of its planned 10-branch expansion in the Charlotte Metro region – with a special grand opening celebration for its new Waverly Member Financial Center in south Charlotte. Truliant announced the 10-branch expansion in the Charlotte Metro region in March 2015.
Led by Manager Courtney Lewis, the 2,000 square-foot Waverly Member Financial Center, located at 7107 Waverly Walk Ave. near the southeastern tip of the of the I-485 loop, provides member-owners with the latest in financial products and services while maintaining a focus on the personal attention and convenience that Truliant has become known for by its members.
It has now opened new Member Financial Centers in the Mint Hill, Harrisburg, Park Road, Ballantyne, Mallard Creek, Steele Creek, South End, Waverly, Huntersville and Cornelius areas since late 2014. The expansion has created over 100 jobs, and has helped contribute to the addition of more than 25,000 new members over the past three years, the credit union said.
The credit union operates a total of 14 Member Financial Centers in the region.
