TruStage Names Catie McDonald to Lead Credit Union System Relations

MADISON, Wis.—TruStage has named Catie McDonald director of credit union system relations, placing the longtime credit union executive in charge of the company's relationships with state leagues, associations and other key industry partners.

In the newly announced role, McDonald will lead TruStage's Credit Union System Relations team and serve as the company's senior relationship manager for credit union leagues, associations and strategic system partners. She will be responsible for advancing TruStage's relationships across the credit union movement in support of its broader strategic initiatives.

McDonald brings nearly 20 years of experience in the credit union system. Most recently, she founded McDonald Consulting, where she advised credit unions on strategic planning, governance, succession planning and organizational change. She previously served as chief impact officer for the National Credit Union Foundation and as a senior advisor with FarWell Advisory Services. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 15 years with America's Credit Unions and TruStage, where she held leadership roles in strategy enablement, business planning, corporate strategy and enterprise transformation.
