SCARBOROUGH, Maine–Town & Country Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of five employees to new positions.
Betsy St. Pierre --Human Resources Manager
Betsy has been with the credit union for more than 18 years and has held a range of positions including Teller, Member Services Representative, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager and most recently, Retail Services Manager. In her new role, Betsy will be responsible for all day-to-day human resources activities including staff recruitment, organizational planning, employee relations, employee engagement, employee development, safety, compensation, and employee benefits.
Heather Savage -- Consumer Loans Manager
In this new position, Heather will manage and direct all the credit union's consumer loan staff and functions including direct auto, flex/personal, RV and home equity lending. Heather joined Town & Country in 1997 and has held several positions with the credit union including Teller, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Loan Officer and most recently, Senior Loan Officer.
Esther Birkinbine -- Cards Services Manager
In this role, Esther will be responsible for directing the daily operations of the credit union’s debit and credit card programs, assist in the development of new technologies to enhance the members’ experience, and supervise the card services team. Esther has been with Town & Country for 9 years and held several positions including Teller, Call Center Member Service Representative, Card Services Specialist and most recently, Senior Card Services Specialist.
Michael McIver -- Information Technology Manager
Michael has been promoted to Information Technology Manager. In this role, Mike will manage all aspects of the credit union’s information technology systems including security. He has been Town & Country’s Network Administrator since he joined the credit union in 2005.
Eric Wright -- Systems Administrator
In this new position, Eric will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the credit union’s computer systems and network of servers. Since joining Town & Country in 2005, Eric has held several positions including Teller, Call Center Representative and most recently, System Support Specialist.
