LAUREL, Md.--The TowerCares Foundation has appointed Allen Brisentine III as new Chairman of its volunteer Board of Directors.
The TowerCares Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Tower Federal Credit Union, and was formed in 2015 to support charities who help local active military, Veterans, DoD civilian employees, and children in need. Mr. Brisentine has served on the TowerCares Board as a Director since the Foundation’s start, and also previously served on Tower Federal’s volunteer Board for the past decade.
He recently retired after 37years of federal service with the government, and is an avid supporter of the TowerCares mission. He is also a regular participant in the Tower Classic Golf Tournament, an annual charity event sponsored by the TowerCares Foundation to raise funds for critically ill children receiving care at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore.
