OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla.— Tinker Federal Credit Union has appointed Ryan Marlen as senior vice president of digital strategy, a newly created role focused on strengthening digital channels and enhancing the member experience.
Marlen brings more than 20 years of financial-services leadership spanning consumer and small-business banking, payments, and financial technology. He has led modernization efforts, improved customer experience, and leveraged data to support strategic decision-making. At TFCU, he will work to make the member digital experience more convenient, secure, and personalized.
Nancy Ward, executive vice president and chief administration officer at TFCU, said Marlen’s experience will help shape the credit union’s future.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Ryan to our leadership team," Ward said. "His leadership will help us deliver an exceptional, seamless experience for our members while positioning our credit union for long-term growth in an increasingly digital financial landscape."
Previously, Marlen led teams that upgraded technology platforms and improved everyday banking tools. He has also been an early adopter of artificial intelligence, viewing it as a tool to enhance efficiency and creativity rather than replace workers. More recently, he has partnered with Oklahoma City-area businesses to streamline operations and adopt practical technology solutions.
“I’m excited for the chance to contribute to an organization like TFCU that continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of its members,” Marlen said. “By using technology that saves members time and money and helps them prepare for the future, we can continue to build on TFCU’s legacy of trust and service.”
