RICHARDSON, Texas--Texans Credit Union has promoted Krysten Koval to director of internal communications. Within the newly formed department, Koval will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the credit union’s internal communications, focusing on enhancing collaboration, facilitating transparent information flow and reinforcing a unified organizational culture.
