COLUMBUS, Ohio– In an effort to teach financial skills to children, Telhio Credit Union is offering its youngest members the opportunity to start saving money through its new Money Mammals Kids Club.
This program is specifically designed to teach children 11 years and younger how to save, share, and spend money the smart way, the credit union said. Children can expect to receive a Money Mammals welcome packet, a savings reward card that can be used to earn cool prizes, birthday rewards, and access to financial education, newsletters, interactive games apps, and videos.
“The Money Mammals program is all about our youngest members having a good time while learning solid financial skills that they will carry throughout their adulthood,” said Jaszmine Davis, marketing coordinator for Telhio Credit Union. “We are truly invested in this program and believe it to be a worthwhile effort for our members and their futures.”
