LAKE JACKSON, Texas– TDECU – Your Credit Union was recently honored with the 2017 CRIF Next Level Achievement Award. The credit union was one of only 10 recipients to receive this prestigious award in 2017, which recognizes excellence in lending through capabilities in solving business challenges and fueling growth.
The awards were presented at the CRIF Lending Solutions Forum held in San Antonio.
TDECU’s Vice President, Wholesale Lending, Margaret Hartenstine notes, “Our team dedicated an enormous amount of time, energy and resources implementing the enhanced innovative process to fund indirect loans on the SAIL platform. The new process increased our ability to fund loans efficiently and effectively without increasing staff. The biggest reward for our hard work was the benefit to pay the dealer quicker, increasing our level of customer service.”
