LAKE JACKSON, Texas--TDECU has promoted Jason Schneider to Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff.
Schneider began his career serving Members at the credit union nearly 20 years ago while still attending college. Noted for his superb strategic skills and ability to execute, he has emerged as a key leader and business partner across all areas of the credit union. Previously, Schneider served as TDECU’s Vice President of Finance, helping guide financial performance to achieve $4.4 billion in total assets, with growth averaging over 10% annually.
“Jason is truly a visionary strategist who knows how to balance and align organizational priorities and execute to bring value to our Members. There is no one better suited for this role,” said President and Chief Executive Officer, Isaac Johnson.
As Chief of Staff, Schneider serves on the executive management team and oversees a broad range of the organization’s business lines including Strategy, Enterprise Project Management, Communications, Administrative Operations, and Internal Audit.
