LAKE JACKSON, Texas--TDECU has promoted Brandy Phillips to Vice President of Mortgage Lending.
Phillips brings over 24 years of demonstrated mortgage experience to the organization, including eight years successfully leading mortgage teams and initiatives in her role as TDECU’s Director of Mortgage Fulfillment. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in helping the mortgage team reach $1 billion in home loans, a milestone achieved in 2018, the CU said.
Phillips holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Management and Marketing, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a Leadership concentration. Her commitment to community extends across her professional and personal lives including active involvement with MBA Open Doors Foundation and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, among others, the CU said.
