LAKE JACKSON, Texas–TDECU–Your Credit Union has been named 2019 Corporate Member of the Year by the Brazoria County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Each year the Brazoria County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce looks for businesses that go above and beyond to serve their customers, support local nonprofits, provide excellent service and earn the pride of employees and community residents. Chamber members nominate and consider businesses based on these and other important criteria, such as the organization’s purpose, contributions and service, economic stability, ethics and integrity and job creation within the community.
TDECU said it earned this year’s award, inspiring feedback and nominations from throughout the chamber membership. According to the chamber, TDECU received the Corporate Member of the Year award for its significant community involvement “on all fronts,” within Brazoria County and beyond. TDECU representatives also head up one of the chamber’s business development committees to help the organization expand its reach and maintain “great visibility in the chamber and the community.”
