LAKE JACKSON, Texas--TDECU has hired Thomas Dallam as Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer.
Dallam brings extensive experience from the financial services industry, where he designed and successfully led people strategies that aligned with company vision. In his new position at TDECU, Dallam will play a pivotal leadership role in the $3.2 billion organization’s people evolution initiative by attracting, developing and retaining top performers, implementing processes and systems to create a great employee experience, and pushing forward a culture where employees feel empowered to be their best self at work, the CU said.

Prior to joining TDECU, Dallam served as Chief People Officer for First United Bank, a $7 billion financial institution with operations spanning Texas and Oklahoma. Dallam earned his PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech.
