LAKE JACKSON, Texas– TDECU – Your Credit Union has announced two personnel moves.
The credit union has welcomed Ethan Pack as Director of Enterprise Architecture and Applications. Pack brings nearly 20 years of experience to TDECU, including successfully implementing strategic initiatives in the technology space. As director, Pack will work closely with the IT department to develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap for the organization.
Prior to joining TDECU, Pack was with Stewart Title Company as the chief architect for the company’s digital transformation strategy. Additionally, Pack brings experience from AIMData, Ajilon Consulting and Management Systems International, and is an active member with the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO).
Separately, TDECU has named Connie Clarke as President of TDECU Insurance Agency, LLC. Clarke brings over 20 years’ experience in both the insurance and financial services industries to the organization, ranked as Houston’s largest credit union.
As President, Clarke is responsible for integrating and executing a strategy for profitable growth within TDECU Insurance Agency, LLC. Using data-based decision making, Clarke will also ensure the strategy aligns with TDECU’s organizational initiatives while adapting to a changing insurance landscape.
Prior to joining TDECU, Clarke was the regional manager and owner of American National/Clarke Risk Management Group. Additionally, Clarke’s experience includes positions with Zurich Financial, Allstate, The Hartford and State Farm.
Included among Clarke’s numerous accolades is Allstate’s prestigious Key Manager Award, an honor in which she is a three-time recipient. Allstate also recognized Clarke with the 2007 Chairman’s Conference Award, given to the top five percent of the company. While at State Farm, Clarke was recognized four times as a Select Agent, and received the company’s Agent of the Year honor in 2003.
