LATHAM, N.Y.--Sunmark Credit Union has hired John Prividera as Vice President of Member Experience.
In this role, John directs a best-in-class relationship between Sunmark and its members, delivering a strong, efficient member experience that is responsive to individual needs and goals and exceeds expectations with every interaction. His responsibilities include executive oversight of Sunmark Credit Union’s 16 branches and its Member Solution Center, as well as business development, facilities, Sunmark Wealth Management, and SIS Insurance.
John holds more than 30 years of progressive financial institution management experience. Prior to joining Sunmark Credit Union, John spent over eight years at NBT Bank, serving in leadership roles including Eastern New York Territory Manager & Vice President, and Retail Market Manager & Vice President. Before that, he worked in various leadership roles at Berkshire Bank, First Niagara Bank, M&T Bank, and Key Bank.
