ISLANDIA, N.Y.–As part of Suffolk FCU’s efforts to support the charitable work of local organizations that serve the areas of its branch locations, Islandia Branch Manager Nancy Aurora presented a $1,000 contribution to The Victims Information Bureau of Suffolk (VIBS).
“I envision a community that is free from all forms of abuse and the programs offered at VIBS advocate for societal changes that will eliminate or decrease violence and abuse,” said Aurora. “At Suffolk Federal, we are extremely proud to make this donation in support of such an incredible organization.”
“We’re so thankful to everyone at Suffolk Federal for their support and generosity,” said Reina Schiffrin, executive director of VIBS. “These funds will go a long way in helping VIBS (Family Violence and Rape Crisis Center) create futures free of violence by serving thousands of survivors in Suffolk County.”
