COMMACK, N.Y.–As part of its ongoing efforts to support the charitable work of local organizations that serve the areas of Suffolk Federal branch locations, Commack Branch Manager Gail DiGiacomo presented a $1,000 contribution to The Crime Victims Center.
“The Crime Victims Center provides victims of sexual abuse and violent crimes with the support and services they need,” said DiGiacomo. “They are the voice for so many that otherwise may not have one. Their extraordinary work day after day is changing lives for the better. We are extremely proud to support their incredible cause.”
“We could not be more thrilled than to partner with Suffolk Federal Credit Union and are grateful for their generous donation which will help us educate young adults about sexual abuse and domestic violence prevention,” said Laura Ahearn Esq., LMSW Executive Director of The Crime Victims Center (Parent’s for Megan’s Law). “The agency looks forward to this ongoing partnership which brings together two great organizations that are dedicated to serving families in Suffolk County.”
