MILFORD, N.H.–St. Mary’s Bank recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the reopening of its Milford branch, which is now located at 606 Nashua Street.
“We moved across the road from 603 Nashua Street where we had leased for 15 years,” said Chief Operating Officer Ken Senus, who said the move reflects their continued effort to provide heightened member service. “We were able to purchase the building and completely renovate and modernize the space.”
The completed result is similar to its newest Nashua branch, which opened in October 2020 at 4 Northwest Boulevard. Both branches feature interactive teller machines (ITM’s), whose interactive video displays enable representatives to remotely offer members live assistance with transactions before, during, and after normal branch hours.
“ITM’s provide members with much more functionality than an ATM, especially after traditional business hours,” said Leo Simard, SVP/Director of Retail Sales and Member Experience.
In addition to Nashua and now Milford, St. Mary’s Bank features ITM’s at its main branch on McGregor Street in Manchester.
“We were an early adopter of ITMs, because we believe the technology helps members receive the high-tech, high-touch experience they want and deserve,” explained Simard. “This is all part of our strategic approach to branch transformation."
Featuring a full-service retail office on the main floor, the Milford branch also houses offices for St. Mary’s Financial Services and The Mortgage Center on the lower level.
“It’s a beautiful facility that is very user-friendly, too,” added Simard.
Exclusive to the new branch and for a limited time, promotional offers include new member gift, premium drinkware and $100 for those who open a new checking account with direct deposit. Other current offers include a $50 gift card at closing when a new home equity line of credit is opened.
