MANCHESTER, N.H.--St. Mary’s Bank has hired Richard Sciaudone as residential lending sales manager.
Sciaudone brings 26 years of mortgage lending sales and leadership experience to his new position. His primary responsibilities as St. Mary’s Bank Sales Manager include coaching and mentoring a team of residential loan originators, assisting with sales strategy, and fostering a sales and service culture centered on providing an outstanding member experience.
Prior to joining St. Mary’s Bank, Sciaudone managed a team of loan officers as regional mortgage manager for a leading New England financial institution. He has held senior leadership positions in residential lending at community banks in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. In each role, Sciaudone has demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, training and retaining new and experienced mortgage professionals. He has earned multiple top producer awards.
