MANCHESTER, N.H.-- St. Mary’s Bank has made a $15,000 gift to the Granite YMCA’s “Where Lives Change” Capital Campaign.
“Through the years, the ‘Y’ has served generations of Manchester youth and their families, and we’re pleased to help this wonderful organization continue to improve its programs and services,” said CEO Ronald H. Covey.
Granite YMCA (formerly the YMCA of Greater Manchester) serves more than 25,000 citizens in more than 20 communities in southern New Hampshire. The capital campaign will raise $2.8 million, with the majority of the funds raised used to renovate the Granite YMCA‘s branch in downtown Manchester and add a new Center for Youth and Teen Leadership at the Allard Center in Goffstown.
Money will also be used to add cabins and improvements at its resident camps, Mi-Te-Na and Foss, and the Half Moon day camp in Goffstown.
