CANTON, Ohio–St. Joseph’s FCU has joined the Ohio Shared Branching Network.
Some 104 credit unions across the Buckeye State and West Virginia participate in the network.
“We are thankful for a Community Development grantwhich is helping us to offer shared branching accessto our members,” said CEO Cari Huthmacher. “As asmaller credit union, shared branching helps us offernumerous branches and gives us the ability to help other shared branching credit unions. Shared branching proves that credit unions truly are cooperatives. Our credit union motto is ‘Surprisingly Personal Service.’ We feel the shared branching network will help members who are traveling or thosewho do not live close to one of our branches experience the same personal service at participating credit unions.”
