ST. CLOUD, Minn.--St. Cloud Financial Credit Union has appointed Vonda Dickey to its Senior Leadership Team, bringing nearly 14 years of credit union experience and over 20 years in management.
Dickey will be in the role of Vice President of Organizational Development, accountable for development of organizational and business unit strategies with particularly emphasis on talent management, the CU said.
Dickey graduated from Rasmussen College with a degree in Business Management. Her past career experience placed her in various leadership positions including Branch Operations, Investment Services, Human Resources and Learning and Development. Prior to working in the financial industry, Ms. Dickey held management positions within the manufacturing and distribution industries.
